Overview (TMDB): In Ireland, American lawyer Ingrid Jessner and her activist partner, Paul Sullivan, struggle to uncover atrocities committed by the British government against the Northern Irish during the "Troubles." But when Sullivan is assassinated in the streets, Jessner teams up with Peter Kerrigan, a British investigator acting against the will of his own government, and struggles to uncover a conspiracy that may even implicate one of Kerrigan's colleagues.

Frances is first seen lighting as she watches TV. She later fires up another cigarette, holding her mouth open as the smoke curls up thickly towards her nostrils and into her lungs. Another drag shows a more visible exhale. In a third scene, she accepts a cigarette and a light, sucking it deep inside her, exhaling some and then talking out the rest as Michelle lights her own. Frances then takes another drag, blowing the smoke out noisily. Michelle is glimpsed holding later on. Towards the end of the film, Frances inhales a fierce drag as she drives - watch her lick her lips appreciatively before exhaling.
