Three Korean actresses smoke in this film, but the star for me is the beautiful Jin-Young Jang. She actually smokes the least in the film and seems to be playing a character who just smokes once in a while. However, in the DVD extras, she smokes several times, including a close-up in an arty soft focus segment not directly connected with the film in which her smoking is clearly intended to be sensual and a lovely moment of candid footage in which she takes a drag, then, seeing the cameraman zooming in on her for a close-up, exhales flirtatiously right at the lens, then smiles kind of shyly. Sadly, she died in 2009 of stomach cancer while only in her mid-30s, saddening her many fans in Korea, where she was a beloved star.
