Overview (TMDB): Katherine Whately, a tough, young Chicago cop, comes home to her small town to settle her teenage rape. She is welcomed by her brother but shunned by her father. Disappointing to say the least. A very attractive Jaclyn takes out a cigarette at the dinner table and commences to light up. Her father abruptly interceeds and prevents her from lighting up the cigarette.
