Overview (TMDB):	A sheriff begins an investigation into the death of a local transsexual after hearing that high ranking politicians may have been involved. Although he is homophobic, his investigation causes him to be rejected by others, forcing him to seek help from the people he once despised.

appears to hold in one scene, then lights a cork-tip and smokes well in the next (riding in a pickup truck with her father -- they talk about her smoking). This movie was made for the cinema, but so far has only been shown on TV; the pan-n-scan framing is probably cutting off some of the smoking action. In pan-n-scan, this is pretty good; in widescreen I'm betting it would be excellent.
