One review described Unger's character as a 'chain-smoking documentary filmmaker.' I wouldn't go that far, but she does smoke in several scenes. Lots of holding, one dangle, and a few good exhales, including memorable one in which she blows a thick stream out VERY slowly for about 5 seconds, like that memorable scene in Keys to Tulsa only without the rings. And she looks really hot, always wearing something black and sexy and sometimes a leather jacket. Tilly has a few scenes as well, occasionally using a holder. In one scene she lights up and takes a few drags while in a very intimate situation with a guy. As always, though, she never inhales. |

A real smoking fetishists movie. Cameron Diaz smokes in her one scene with a couple of exhales. Deborah Kara Unger smokes and very well in almost every scene she's in. But the piece de resistance is the incredibly lovely Joanna Going who has a few good scenes, smoking on screen for the first time ever (oh, and several good nude scenes too) Highly recommended. |

Some excellent smoking scenes in this film. Wood smokes throughout, with some cheek-hollowing drags and french inhales. Reed plays a teenager who learns to smoke in the film. Her sister tells her how to smoke. Her first few scenes are poor quality (in one scene she continues to light the cigarrette as she takes a drag and the whole thing is set alight). As the film goes on, Reed's smoking improves drastically. She takes one of the longest drags you'll ever see (lasting around 15 seconds). Definitely worth watching. |
