Female Japanese version of the standard cop partner 'wunza' movie -- in this case, wunza maverick, wunza ditz. The incredibly hot Shiratori plays the maverick, who routinely breaks all the rules including the one about smoking at headquarters. Actually, she smokes pretty much everywhere, and twice blows smoke into peoples' faces, once for giving her crap about smoking, once just on general principles. She's a terrific smoker, too -- holds unlit in her teeth before lighting, lights with a hinge-top Zippo, and inhales deeply. Shimizu heads a criminal gang and smokes long brown cigarettes, with a few good drags and exhales, although some of her scenes aren't well lit.
