Biography (TMDB):	Virginia Cathryn "Gena" Rowlands (born June 19, 1930) is an American actress. A four-time Emmy and two-time Golden Globe winner, she is known for her collaborations with her late actor-director husband John Cassavetes in ten films, including A Woman Under the Influence (1974) and Gloria (1980), which earned her nominations for the Academy Award for Best Actress. Rowlands is very attractive but only has one scene, just holding. Carlin has several scenes, and the best one comes around the three-quarter point. She drags on a Marlboro and lets out a little cloud of smoke so we think she didn't inhale - but she did, and proves it with a super-thick nose exhale. Just when we think she's finished, she blows off a secondary nose exhale, still thick as cream.

[Hudson] At the very end, Kate has a light-up and a couple of drags. She looks great -- actually, she looks great throughout the whole movie -- but the lighting in this scene is terrible. Rowlands smokes in several scenes. Jeryl Prescott Sales also smokes in flashbacks.
