Graham smokes in 3 scenes, with 2 light-ups, but there are no visible exhales and she does not look IRL. Oh also smokes in a couple of scenes and looks more experienced

Smart has a pretty decent scene midway through the film, with a couple of good visible exhales. Then in an unexpected scene near the end, Oh, Gershon, and Guy have an extended scene sitting around a table, drinking, talking -- and smoking! It's a little chopped up in the editing, but each has one decent exhale, and those who remember her not inhaling in Harlem Nights will be pleased to know that in this one Jasmine handles her cigarette like a real smoker and that the smoke she blows out has clearly been inhaled.
Sideways

Madsen lights up at a bar and holds throughout the scene. Only one drag, though -- we see most of it in a straight-on shot, then just before she completes it the director cuts to a 3/4 rear shot. Fortunately, she turns her head to exhale, and we a nice thick one in profile. Oh takes two voracious hits on a joint in a later scene, with one slightly visible exhale. Incidentally, it's a great movie as well.
The Diary of Evelyn Lau

Smokes throughout movie. Several good inhale/exhales
The Night Listener

There was a scene her and Robin Williams was sitting in front of each other talking and sharing a joint.
Waking the Dead

At 1 hour 9 minutes, Sandra Oh (sitting on a couch) pulls a cigarette out of a pack and then is shown holding but no inhale or exhale shown
Wilby Wonderful

Jenkins smokes well enough, as a mature woman. Grimaux, a teenager, has a couple lines of dialogue in two separate scenes with kind of nonchalant unapologetic attitude about her smoking, as if she did it a lot, but she actually just barely seems to inhale a bit then rush the smoke out fairly quickly.
