each have only one smoking scene. Their exhales are decent.
Cabin Fever

[Ladd] Two scenes. Not much in the first. Possibly the start of an inhale in long shot. Second scene occurs after she becomes sick. Starting in the dark, a strong drag followed by an ok straight on exhale.
Death Proof

Lots of smoking by all these actresses, but continuity problems (Tarentino may be deliberately using them to emphasize the cheap genre) compromise it somewhat. Ladd does one very nice double pump, but the best scene is the one in which mega-babe Portier concludes a hot, hair-swinging dance with a deep drag.
Grindhouse

Numerous smoking instances in the 'DeathProof' DVD from this series - none by Rose McGowan unfortunately. There were a couple of scenes of marijuana smoking and several cigarette smoking. None that are very emphasized or particularly well filmed - but there is frequent smoking shown in the first half of this video. I do not recall any instances of smoking in the other DVD 'Planet Terror'
Inland Empire

Ladd only holds once. Kerr has a nice drag and exhale, and later receives a light, although it's seen from a distance. Turner has one nice drag and exhale. Another woman who is difficult to identify also has a nice drag and exhale shot pretty close-up
Junked
smokingsides
Considering the milieu of the film and that Ladd's character is a junkie, there should have been a lot more smoking. The lighting and editing could also have been a lot better. Nevertheless, it's worth seeing, as Ladd is a great smoker and she has a few scenes in this.
Nowhere

D'Angelo has one ten second talking out exhale, True has numerous quality scenes, and Ladd has one light up scene.
Stand-Ins
smokingsides
This one you should not miss. Here's the set-up: A group of six stand-ins/look-alikes for 30s movie stars (including the 4 smokers listed above, who play the stand-ins for Marlene Dietrich, Jean Harlow, Bette Davis, and Greta Garbo respectively) rent a bar for a day to celebrate the birthday of one of them. Whereupon, of course, for the next 90 minutes they proceed to talk, drink, and smoke up a storm. Hardly a smoke-free scene in the whole movie, with Marlene and Bette -- er, Missy and Jordan --particular standouts in terms of quality and quantity, although all four have their moments. Lots of gloves, lots of red lipstick, Sammi uses a holder, and all, of course, smoke unfiltered.

Duhe smokes in about 3 scenes and looks pretty good
