Numerous scenes during which she continuously drags and exhales -- so frequently that it seems a bit unnatural, not that I'm complaining. She and her boyfriend are houseguests of another couple, and her smoking symbolizes that she's the sexually provocative one of the four, and also plays a symbolic role in her gradual seduction of the host. In an early scene he finds her smoking and tells her he doesn't permit it in his house, then in a later scene he does permit it during a conversation full of thinly veiled sexual challenge and innuendo, then he joins her in smoking. Finally, in a fantasy scene where she blatantly comes on to him, she exhales in his face twice and then places her cigarette between his lips so she can undress. All in all, pretty great.
